The trick to trends is to translate them into your own personal style. If you don't follow those 4 T's, you run the risk of looking like everyone else and losing yourself in the process.

We love this look because it channels the grunge trend with the plaid shirt tied around the waist, but it is a subtle plaid and it is monochromatic. Also, the destruction is focused just at the knees and not "sporadic".
