Lately, I have been very into wearing skirts with boots. I think it is a fresh approach to styling skirts you already have in your closet, especially those that could be considered too dressy. So I channeled my inner Clueless and paired this chunky sweater with the blouse tail hanging out and a lace skirt. The over-the-knee boots give it a more casual feel and keep the look grounded. I kept it monochromatic in the gray family and focused on mixing textures--cable knit, silk, lace, suede.
